Who is InvoiSmart for?
Sole traders and small trade businesses in Ireland: plumbers, electricians, builders, carpenters, painters, plasterers, gas fitters, roofers, landscapers and any trade that needs to send invoices quickly.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp, which you already have. You just message the InvoiSmart number.
How do I get set up?
Tap “Get started” and send us a message. We'll get back to you and add your number. Then a short WhatsApp chat asks for your business details, rates and logo, and shows you a sample invoice to check. It takes about three minutes.
What if I'm not VAT registered?
That's fine. Just say so during setup and no VAT is added to your invoices.
Does it work with Irish VAT rates?
Yes. Tell InvoiSmart your VAT rate during setup, for example 13.5% or 23%, and the VAT is calculated on every invoice. It also handles prices you quote “including VAT”.
Can I change my prices or logo later?
Yes. Send a message like “RATE 60” or “ADD gutter clean 120”, or send LOGO and a new photo. Changes apply to your next invoice.
Is InvoiSmart an AI?
Yes. InvoiSmart uses AI to understand your voice notes and messages and turn them into invoices. A real person sets up your account, and you can contact the team any time you need help.
Where is my information kept?
Your details and invoices are stored securely and are only used to make your invoices. We never sell your data or your customers' details. Read our privacy notice.
